BandBreak5 Signal Provider

BandBreak5 is a signal provider account at ZuluTrade.

The ultimate idea with time is to launch full auto-trading the forex market. For now I will be trading manually based on my latest STS8 system.

Opening an account, even a demo account at ZuluTrade, you can follow all signals generated by BandBreak5 making the same trades without the need to do anything, exept just once linking your account to BandBreak5.

BandBreak5 trades setup

There are eight clearly defined rules for making manual swing trading buy or sell decisions. These rules are applied to a customized MetaTrader4 chart template with a number of proprietary indicators. Some of the rules allow alternatives. One of the indicators is an expert system that can be used for full auto-trading.

As an example, these are the eight rules to open a long trade:

1. Closing price above 8 to 12 period Exponential Moving Average
2. AND  Last pivot is a bottom candlestick reversal pattern
   OR there is major or confirmed support
   OR the Stop Trail Noise indicator moves up
   OR the Price Range expert system displays a green buy candle
3. AND  Price is close to the low of the volatility band
   OR at support of the 50/100/200 simple moving average
4. AND  Expecting an up wave 3 (1>2<3 wave count system)
   OR a wave 2 up to become a wave 1 after a series of 123-waves in a down move
   OR a wave 2 up after a large previous wave 3
5. AND  Indicators moving up from low levels preferably with divergence
6. AND  There are favorable support or resistance levels for buying
7. AND  Breaking a last downtrend line
8. AND  Risk is withing set limits

This is the basic template used:

1. An eight period exponential moving average (dotted orange).
2. A proprietary trailing buy-sell noise indicator "SVETrailNoise" (brown staircase line). This indicator reverses direction when there is too much noise or price change.
3. A proprietary indicator to assist in counting waves "SVE123Count" (Light blue zigzag line). This indicator shows a direction change after complying with a minimum reverse condition.
4. The proprietary "SVEbbsBand" (purple dotted lines) upper and lower band is used to catch the up and down price moves within the bands.
5. A standard 50 periods simple moving average (blue small dotted line).
6. A standard 100 periods simple moving average (green small dotted line).
7. A standard 200 periods simple moving average (orange-red small dotted line). All of the standard averages will be used as active support and resistance levels.
8. Pivot points "SVEPivots", PP, resistance R1 to R3 and support S1 to S3, calculated on a previous bar of a higher time frame.
9. The proprietary Price Range expert system "SVEPRExp" color codes the candles. Green for a long position, red (or black) for closing a long position and black for a short position with green closing the short position. This expert can be used for full auto-trading.

In the first sub-window there are 2 indicators. The first is a fast stochastic RSI "SVESRSI" (light blue) and the second a slow standard stochastic (dotted red).

The second sub-window is a %b indicator "SveBBSpercB" a %b indicator based on my BBS Band Break System.

Finally in the third sub-window there is a standard RSI indicator (light blue) with a simple moving average (dotted red).

Important!!!

Do not risk money using any robot system if you are not prepared to lose your investment in full. Idea is also that if things go bad, do not stop after the first failure.

If you trade stocks, investing for example $10,000 you have to live with the fact that losing 15% trading on a daily chart is normal. So just take 10% or $1,000 to trade with a robot system. If you double that amount you make a 10% profit on your $10,000 capital, not taking more risk than trading stocks.

The minimum starting capital to trade successfully with BandBreak5 is $200. Use a MAXIMUM Lot size of $0.1 per $200 in your account.

Just some information that may help on opening a live account. I followed the directions you provided in order to open an account with ZuluTrade and AAAFx. The problem I ran into was that I was unaware that AAAFx are the ones that send you the login information for ZuluTrade and they only do this once the account has been credited with your initial deposit. In my case I opened a live account and funded it but it still takes a few days for the funds to actually show up in the account and in turn trigger the sending of the Zulu login information.
